Who we are and how to contact us

Be Happy Media Group is operated by Be Happy Music Corp, registered in New Jersey. This notice applies to behappymediagroup.com, including its Be Happy Music and Tavi’s Wonder Club information pages. Contact privacy@behappymediagroup.com with privacy questions or requests.

Information you provide

Our enquiry links open your email application. When you contact us, we receive your address, message and any attachments you send. We use these to respond, discuss projects, administer business relationships and meet applicable obligations. Please send only what is needed for your enquiry, and do not send sensitive information or children’s personal details.

Information collected when you visit

Website infrastructure may process IP addresses, requested pages, browser and device details, dates and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Hostinger provides hosting, Cloudflare manages domain records, and Zoho handles our business email. These providers may process information outside your country.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and improve our content. Depending on consent and configuration, Analytics may process page views, approximate location, device and browser information and interactions. Google may receive technical identifiers and process information on its servers. See how Google uses information from partner sites and Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not ask you to submit personal details to Analytics.

Cookies and your choices

The cookie banner offers Accept All, Reject Optional and Preferences. Use the floating Cookie Preferences button to change your selection later. Essential functions remain available when optional cookies are rejected. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser; doing so may reset your choices or affect features.

Essential: remember consent choices and support website operation. Our consent preference duration is set to 30 days. Administration cookies also apply to signed-in site administrators.
Statistics: Google Analytics identifiers, including cookies with names beginning _ga, may be used when analytics consent is granted. Cookie duration depends on Google and the deployed settings.
Embedded media: YouTube content is blocked until allowed. Loading or playing a video can allow YouTube to process device, network and interaction information and use its own storage technologies.

Storage technologies and durations may change with service updates or your browser settings. This description covers the services deployed on this site; it is not a claim that every visitor receives every cookie.

Videos and external services

Our Music page uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed address. You may instead use the Watch on YouTube links. Once you open external sites, including YouTube or Instagram, their own terms and privacy practices apply.

Advertising status

Website display advertising is planned for the Be Happy Music section but is not currently enabled. Before activation, we will update this notice to identify advertising providers, explain their data use and choices, and configure the relevant consent controls. Ads shown within YouTube’s own player are controlled by YouTube. See our Advertising & Editorial Policy.

Children and Tavi’s Wonder Club

Tavi’s Wonder Club is in development. Its current company information page is intended for parents, caregivers and business partners. It does not offer children’s accounts, purchases, message forms or uploads. Adults should handle enquiries. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact our privacy address so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Any future child-directed interactive service will require its own privacy and data-handling review before launch.

Sharing, retention and security

Information may be processed by service providers supporting hosting, email, analytics and embedded media as described above, or disclosed when required by law or necessary to address security issues. We retain correspondence as needed to handle enquiries, business relationships and applicable obligations. Technical data retention depends on service settings and operational needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Privacy requests

You can ask about information you provided, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a concern using our privacy email. Depending on your location and applicable law, additional rights may apply. We may need proportionate identity verification and may retain information where legal or legitimate operational requirements prevent deletion. Please do not include identification documents in an initial request.
