Advertising & Editorial Policy

Current status

Be Happy Media Group is operated by Be Happy Music Corp. We plan to support the Be Happy Music section with display advertising. Website display ads are not currently enabled, and we do not claim approval by an advertising network. This policy explains our intended approach before launch.

Where advertising will appear

Planned website display advertising is limited to the Be Happy Music section. Corporate information pages, policy pages and the Tavi’s Wonder Club page are outside that plan. Advertisements will be identified as ads or sponsored placements and kept distinct from navigation, playback buttons and editorial content.

Editorial content and commercial relationships

Our website promotes our own music and entertainment properties. If a particular article, recommendation or placement is paid for, sponsored or includes a commission-earning link, we will disclose that relationship clearly near the relevant content. Advertising does not give a third party ownership of our editorial content.

Third-party advertisements

When display advertising launches, ads may be supplied by an external network. An ad does not mean we endorse every claim, product or service shown. Advertisers are responsible for their offers and transaction terms. Review the advertiser’s information before buying or sharing personal details. We will review reported ads and use the controls available to us to address unsuitable placements.

Privacy and choices before launch

Before activating website advertising, we will identify the selected providers in our Privacy & Cookies notice, describe relevant cookies and data uses, and provide appropriate consent and advertising choices. We will not treat acceptance of analytics cookies alone as permission for all future advertising uses.

YouTube players

YouTube may show advertising within its player under its own policies and channel settings. Website display advertising is a separate activity. Embedded videos remain subject to our media-consent controls and YouTube’s own terms.
